You are eligible to submit a return request for a full refund up to 7 days after the day of delivery for a full credit or refund. If you do wish to withdraw from the contract you must notify us either in writing or by e-mail within the 7 day time period after receiving the item.
Returns will have to be sent via your own courier or by hand to our warehouse in Harlow.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
